I'd say that is significant enough. ;-)
Shall i just upload New Salary slip as an additional Document or i need to write to ICA asking on if i need to submit the new Salary Slip. Why i am asking is because when i upload new Salary slip as an additional document then how does ICA knows why i upload the new Salary slip because i feel that Additional documents are uploaded when ICA reach to us and ask us to upload.

But for my case since i have not reached to them hence it would be i uploading on my own.
You can add additional documents using the ICA portal itself. No need to write to ICA.

Hi! Can I get your expert opinion on my chances?

Nationality: Eastern European
Ethnicity: Ang moh
Age: 31yo
Marital status: Married with a Singapore citizen for 4 years
Residential status: PR for 2 years
Children: recently born baby daughter, planning for a second (hopefully son)
Job sector: IT in banking (Manager in MNC). Previously worked for 6 years in a Fintech SME.
Base gross salary: 160,000+ (household income circa 250,000)

Been in Singapore for 9+ years. Bachelor degree back in Europe, finished a MSc in NUS. Have been paying all my taxes dutifully, never committed any offences. My wife is working in a psychology field. Me and her got a BTO in a mature estate. Singapore is truly my home now and I want my children and their children to grow and prosper in this beautiful country.

Thank you in advance!

This should be an official category for our ICs

Married to SC, got kid, gainfully employed, been here for many years - sounds like good chance to me.

“Eastern European” is too vague. Be more specific please. Russia? Ukraine?

Married with a kid, local masters, good salary, reasonable length of time since acquiring PR. It's a matter of time.

I don't think citizenship matters be it Poland, Lithuania, Russia, or Ukraine; most importantly, they have what it takes to be a part of us. Cheers.

This was brought up in a previous thread that I cannot find at the moment. Essentially, certain nationalities are not looked upon as favorably by the ICA as others for national security/other reasons.

Whoa, Chill ley, it’s just my 5cents worth of opinion. We are having a friendly conversation here. In my opinion, I feel everyone are equal to me. To each his/her own opinion. Peace ✌️
