At the very least I would also block all overseas transactions for the moment. You may even want to get a new card / new number, in case it’s not a one off.

As Abbby mentioned, you generally need to work with the merchant first, and only involve the credit card if it can’t be resolved with the merchant.

I've experienced Aliexpress, with someone using my account and a stolen credit card to order cameras to Indonesia. Thank goodness, I didn't save credit card details in the account.
