According to a close friend and former active member of this forum for 10 years when she applied for and got her PR (she is Indonesian Chinese-Dutch mix) she indicated that she had to submit Notarized translations with the notarized documents to ICA. Now whether it had anything to do with her Chinese heritage I don't know. I know, if it were me, and there was the slightest chance of them not being accepted without translations, I'd damned sure get notarized & translated copies in the first instance. The costs of same considering what it might cost you in opportunity costs is a small price to pay. But your buys you ticket in first class or in steerage. When the titanic sank most who died were in steerage. First class had better documents and could afford to get higher cabins. Are you playing Toto and/or 4D or looking for a better future. I think I'd invest in whatever it took for my future.
