Very uncommon surgery here, generally I'd recommend that people get surgery done overseas as Singapore is very expensive. You'd probably have better luck looking for a doctor in Korea.

My plastic surgeon does this but i have never tried or have friends who have tried. Still maybe you want to check out. His name is Leo Kah Woon in Mt Elizabeth
