I’ve had some issues with returns on Shopee too, where they just send those template replies and don’t really help much. It’s so annoying when merchants refuse to refund after receiving the item back. I’d say you’re not alone, but it’s definitely a good idea to stick to platforms that feel more reliable.

I think I'll go with Lazada next time...Not that great experience with Shopee and their merchants..
