Would my tuition grant be reflected if I have work permit?

Hi everyone, I am a recent graduate from a polytechnic and I am currently serving my 3 year bond now. I have been having troubles finding jobs since I am a foreigner and my line of industry is very competitive, especially for foreigners (Construction)

I have applied for lots of companies and they can't accept me because 1. They do not have quota for SPass and especially 2. They are not willing to pay the minimum 3k for a fresh poly grad with little experience.

The only thing I need to know is if my tuition grant can be served if I get a work permit. I don't really mind getting paid <3k as it is not normal for poly grads to get that amount, but work permit seems to be very broad and the salary can be controlled so I'm okay with that. Just worried about my tuition grant.
