Bring ID to mail packages internationally???

I am preparing to mail some things back to the USA and don't like carrying my passport around unnecessarily. I am wondering if one needs to bring an ID to mail packages to the USA at Singapore Post? Thanks, friends!

You'll usually need the recipients mailing address only..

Nope, you don't need any ID. You will have to declare what you're sending, but nothing more.

You'll usually need the recipients mailing address only..

This is a given, the only new change is you need to declare the content of the packages from 2021. Also need to buy official mailers if your package isn't up to standard.
