The current one is ending in November (we are not voluntarily terminating it).
He has been given a months notice by us and the agent regarding this. Plus, he already knew when the agreement would be ending. The new agreement will begin from December. It will not have his name on it as an occupant.
There is no need for his signature, IMO. Correct me if I'm missing something.
I've come here asking for advice on the same.
