Occupant has not paid rent for the past 2 months

Hey everyone,

I am the main tenant in a condo. I share the 4-room condo with 3 other occupants. We split the rent amongst ourselves based on the room size (based on a one-to-one agreement with the other occupants) and pool up for the rent of the condo. have a situation where one of the occupants has stopped paying me rent for the past 2 months. The person had paid us regularly for the past 10 months but stopped recently.

I've been paying the full rent to the landlord as the agreement is in my name, but haven't received one of the occupant's share of the rent. All have in terms of documentation or proof is:
1. Tenancy agreement with the person listed as an occupant.
2. WhatsApp conversation chats with them agreeing to his part of the share of the rent.
3. Bank account statements showing previous transactions where rent was transferred for the initial months of the tenancy period.

My main question is: What can do to get back the rent they owe me? It is been a hassle to deal with this person.

I can get one month from the deposit but there is still the question of the other month. Also, they have not paid up for PUB (which we record on an app) for over 3 months which is around S$200.

PS: Occupant is a Singaporean and the rest are on EP.

EDIT: We are preparing a new agreement with the owner without his name. Once the new agreement starts we will call the cops if he still doesn't vacate the premises.

Don't think there's much you can do since the agreement is between you and the LL. I think the only way is to keep reminding the person for the money owed and if he feels annoyed, he might just pay you back. But in any case, 2 months of rent not paid, he could have left the country?

what rights does occupant have in circumstance where occupant refuses to vacate?

We are preparing a new agreement. Once the new agreement starts we plan to call the cops if he still doesn't vacate the condo.

The current one is ending in November (we are not voluntarily terminating it).
He has been given a months notice by us and the agent regarding this. Plus, he already knew when the agreement would be ending. The new agreement will begin from December. It will not have his name on it as an occupant.

There is no need for his signature, IMO. Correct me if I'm missing something.

I've come here asking for advice on the same. :)
The advice I've got so far is to trouble him for the next week by pestering him for the rent. And second, would be to file a Small Claims Tribunal case. Any other recommendations?
