Can I just confirm that if I were to switch from an EP/SPASS to ltvp with PLOC, I can keep working throughout?
Once all formalities are done, do I just show the PLOC to the employer?
It might seem illogical to switch. However, I want to have a few side hustles and EP/SPASS technically forbid a person from having more than one job etc. As far as I know one can have a full time job and part time job whilst on LTVP with PLOC.
Thanks!

How did you reach the conclusion that you can have two jobs on PLOC? Employed (full-time and part-time) by two different firms in Singapore? Employed full-time (by your current EP employer in Singapore) and part-time freelance work in Singapore or remote work for overseas firm/customer?

It was a recent on post of an LTVP holder on this forum. However, I will confirm this myself officially before trying any sort of switch. I suppose it just made sense as Spass and EP are both visas linked to your job whilst ltvp with PLOC is not. And I was considering all three of the options but the latter part is probably the one I would go for.
