LTVP Query - After converting to PR

I wanted to check if anyone has experience on what to do with LTVP after converting from EP to Singapore PR. I called ICA and MOM but got different answers so thought to check someone who has experienced this situation.

We recently converted our passes to PR, however we were not clear on pass requirements for my mother who's on LTVP linked to my EP. We will apply for a new pass for her through ICA (as PR sponsor), however it will take 6-8 weeks as per ICA (Getting an error on website that LTVP expiry is not correct or its expiring in next 10 days).

We do have a travel plan in next few weeks and so we were wondering if we can apply after we are back from travel. ICA says that her pass will be valid as per the initial expiry of pass, however MOM helpline said it will be canceled immediately (Its still showing valid on Workpass App). Anyone who went through a similar change?

LTVP linked with EP will be cancelled when EP is cancelled. You need to get her a short term visit pass till the LTVP under PR sponsorship is approved and issued (approx 2-3 months for this from date of application)

How do I apply for a short term visit pass? And whether the LTVP holder can travel outside Singapore and come back?

STVP via entry visit visa on ICA website. Currently you may not have a valid LTVP to travel or stay in Sg. Check with ICA
