Age not too big of a handicap for Malaysian Chinese. I know one who was 50 and got S pass no issue. In fact Msian WP holders can be renewed up to age 60. Also renewal salaries are not the same as for other EP holders. Just like the entry level was about 1500/mo lower than other EP holders but you will not find it on the website. But it is a fact and it does exist. In fact we have had a few on here that also confirmed same.
DP application can stil take its normal processing time. Your son's application approved in a few hours has no bearing that your wife's application must also be approved in the same processing time. DP approval has totally nothing related to PR approval.TanKianWee wrote: ↑Fri, 04 Nov 2022 6:07 amHi nelyanne and sundaymorningstaple,
Thank you for your input.
Hi All,
My son dependant pass so fast got approved just in the same day approval, my company appointed agency submitted the DP application for wife and soon together on 3 November 2022 10:36am, I have checked about 3 times in between, my son DP pass approved on 3 November 202210:54pm which is about 12 hours time only... Maybe my son is a white paper and no record at all so fast got approved. However, my wife DP status is still pending.
Not sure anyone got experience before son got approved and wife is not approved?
And after got DP pass will that increase the PR application success rate?
