. suggested these
condos as the hottest locations at the moment.
- Stirling Residences
Park Colonial
Urban Vista
Parc Oasis
Whistler Grand
City Square Residences
The Sail @ Marina Bay
Commonwealth Towers
d'Leedon
Sophia Hills
What do you think and which
condos do you have your eyes on and why?
Personally I quite like The Sail @ Marina Bay. The price is rather steep tho.

I presume that you are looking to rent.
What do you like about The Sail?
It is 14 years old, but it is a convenient location.
What were your criteria for this list of 10 condos?

Hey, stranger! Welcome back. What's it been 3, 4 years since you were last here? Pre-covid at any rate. Nice to see your avatar again!

Not too sure about some of the
condos above..city square residences, urban vista, whistler grand, sophia hills. Are these the most rented or most sold ..? They seem like ordinary
condos in suburb areas, Sophia Hills unit configuration is rather small.

Urban vistas, one of the worst condos in Singapore. I’ve got a friend who stays there, and is moving out as soon as her lease expires. And the times I’ve visited, the experience was nothing short of unpleasant. While it is incredibly close to Tanah Merah MRT station, this proximity creates a ton of noise which is incredibly annoying. That aside, the security guards and condo rules are a real pain in the you know what. Simple things like picking up a resident are made ridiculously complicated - they only allow one car into the pick up point at a time when the space is able to accommodate at least three or four, which creates a huge backup of cars trying to enter the estate. Guests also aren’t allowed to drive in past 9 PM, which I find pretty ridiculous, considering that most condos have the bar set at 12 midnight or even later. I can understand concerns about visitors over staying and taking advantage of the free parking, or even occupying resident’s parking spaces, but I’ve been there at all times of day in the car park is incredibly deserted.

Good point, without any specified criteria all of this is incredibly subjective.

There are quite a few key changes, with 20 more slots for 2C phase, and combining 2A1 and 2A2 into 2A. Which means alumni no longer matters?

I believe the 20 slots are taken from the earlier slots, so in a way the earlier slots will have to compete further.
