Post by APR » Wed, 06 Apr 2005 11:42 am

I am a software engineer and a PR holder here. I am interested in opening an educational institution in Singapore which will be providing diplomas in advanced computing.

I don't know where to start and what are the implications and the legal issues ? Can anybody help me in this case?

Hi Sir

Our company specialises in guiding budding entrepreneurs such as yourself through the maze of owning a business. I applaude your entrepreneurial spirit.

In order for you to set up an education institution in Singapore, you need to first incorporate a Singapore company and apply for Certificate of Registration of School licence with the Singapore Ministry of Education.

We can assist you on the above. Please feel free to call me Mirah at 65365227 or email me at [email protected] if you need further assistance.
