How to marry with ROM?

Currently, ROM no any dates available in 3 months ahead, so many ppl maried this time?

If can't register at all now, how Singapore want keep birth rate and family?

If the ROM is so inefficient, why do you have to register your marriage to improve the birth rate?

I don't see how marriage has got to do with having babies. Separate activities.

english is not important, anyway u understand lah any wrong spelling..

truth is ROM not provide service at all now, fully book...
why can't hire someone and register marriage, anyway it cost money and take just 5 mins, i alfready married few years ago in this ROM

u can only book between 3 months to 3 weeks before the date u want...
. it's hard trying to understand u are asking ..really... but i think that may solve or problem . or jus give them a call... and if u'r an expat here on EP u may need to check with ICA on getting married here.
and yes u can get someone to marry u out of ROM, a MP or judge or some grassroots leader check the ROM website, there s a list there...
