Drawing salary from own incorporated company

I'm the sole shareholder & director of a newly incorporated private limited company. I will be providing consultancy services to overseas client and will be paying myself a monthly salary as a Senior Consultant of the company. May I seek for advice on whether it is proper for me issue myself a letter of employment and monthly payslip so that I could use it for credit card applications or maybe personal loan in near future?

Very simple.
Basic = Basic
Gross = Basic + Fixed monthly allowances

No need to mention bonus / any variable allowances...
