Very less information to answer but chances are
Very Low. Unless your job is in sectors that Singapore is looking at in long term or you are very young .

Race Indian but is nationality also Indian? Or Canadian/Australian/British? Age of each member in the whole family?

Low chance due to racial quota as there are a lot of Indian applicants competing for a limited amount of PRs. Salary might also be a bit high to be deemed as a flight risk where you’ll be lured to other countries at the prospect of even higher pay.

Indian citizenship.
Wife doing local teacher degree to take care of special needs children.
Profession : Software Engineer
Age : 32
Spouse Age : 28
