SC APPLICATION : Seeking Advice

Hi everyone

I applied for citizenship back in September 2020, it is on "pending" status currently, and I would like to know if I should either :
1. email ICA to check on the status
or
2. Just pray and manifest my approval while waiting patiently

My profile :
Female, Indian, under 30, single,
studied at a local university : Diploma + Bachelors
salary : 100k base
Profession in a niche design field
Total years in Sg : about 11 years
i.e. 4 years on student visa > 2.7ish years on 3 different S Passes > 4 years as PR (applied citizenship after 2 years PR completion)

Please advise me
or just send me good vibes,

50-50 chance. If rejected apply again after 2 years where you would have completed 1 REP renewal. Did you get your PR under PTS scheme?

Yes, I applied for PR under the PTS Category - was approved in about 6-7 months back in 2018.
