50:50. Would be substantially better if you were on EP. Salary requirements for M'sian Chinese is less than what is published on the website for EP. Additionally, I don't know if Singapore MOM views are the same as Malaysia's views on Advanced Diplomas vrs Degrees.......(they are NOT the same). However, being a Single M'sian Chinese female are plus factors as you well know.

Skills Advanced and Advanced Diploma

Should have a pretty OK chance, maybe 40 to 60%. Plus points are race and age, also marital status.

I haven’t married yet
For the best chance you would already be married to a Singaporean and have a kid or two, preferably a boy so that he can serve NS. But since you aren’t, it is better that you are unmarried as there is still a chance of you marrying a citizen as compared to a foreigner. At least, this is how the government looks at it.
