Anybody else freaking out about monkeypox? With WHO declaring it a global public health emergency, and with the first few cases trickling into singapore, I’m freaking the hell out.

Unless you regularly touch other people’s bodily secretions/lesions and smear them all over yourself, you’ll be fine.

Now if the virus mutates to airborne transmission on the other hand…

Oh God, don’t even mention that. The thought is terrifying!

It is not big news outside of Singapore....but I imagine it has been hyped up in Singapore. It is such a neurotic country.
