Hi all,
I am a Singapore PR, and will be applying for SC soon. My wife recently gave birth to our son outside Singapore. Can my newborn son join my SC application under the "family unit" option? He doesn't have to apply for his PR first? Also, I have not received his LTVP approval yet (~3 weeks since we applied), so should we wait for his LTVP before applying, or should I go ahead and put in the application regardless? Please could someone advise? Thank you!
