Hello,
My wife holds a dependant pass and incorporated a company as the main shareholder a few months ago. She just got her LOC approved and can work now legally as an operational manager for her own company.
We have not opened a corporate bank account and did not find a location for the business yet. If we add the time needed for the renovations, the grand opening will not happen before at least 2 months.
Does she need to pay her salary to herself from this month onwards (along with the Skills Development Levy) or can she legally delay it until the grand opening ?
Thank you~
