Online grocery

Post by Shop till I drop » Tue, 05 Apr 2005 12:05 pm

Hi
Anyone here, who's ordered grocery online, especially Indian grocery?
Im working and would really like to order bulky stuff like milk cartons etc online, so it can be delivered home. Ive heard of shops who deliver grocery home for free if you order above a certain amount. Anyone has any info on such shops??

Thanks in advance! :D

Hi

I use Emart

http://www.e-mart.com.sg/

I am very happy with them. They are actually cheaper than buying groceries from a supermarket....and they deliver for free for anything over $70.

I am particularily happy with the vegetables and fruit they sell. Excellent quality and large quantities

What do you expect from someone who replies to posts from 2 - 3 years ago?

I've tried RedMart.com 3 times so far and the service is the best I've tried.
What I liked:
- Free delivery min is only $75 (compared to $150 at CS and FP)
- Same day delivery if you order by 10AM
- you can choose your own 2 hour delivery window (e.g. 8-10pm)
- they're RELIABLE. On time delivery, accurate orders, and no stock outs!

Oh Sarah, this is a paradox: if they are that good why have you searched for a grocery online stores only to register here and recommend this company resurrecting a 4 years dead thread? Can you see the tricky part?
