Re: PR rejected
If you have submitted the changes and still rejected, it wont make any impact if you appeal again. Better wait for 1.5 to 2 years and then submit a new applicationBeeKayEss wrote: ↑Mon, 13 Jun 2022 2:03 pmDear all

If you submitted documents last week then probably it was too late since decision was made. also , I am guessing your second son wasn’t on the Pr application ( since he was delivered during application)
A new applicant can’t be added during a application in process so your whole family wasn’t part of Pr application and we know ICA doesn’t like that .
Feel free to correct my assumptions here .

Yes, the assumption is correct. Do we still wait for 1 Year to re-apply or can we try after 6 months?

ICA will have full view of new born and will not just reject for this reason. FYI. If all other factors are OK, they will even call to ask if they want the new born to be included in the application.

Maybe for cases they are heavily inclined to grant PR , ICA may make exceptions but I have Email from ICA and I quote verbatim
“ We regret that we are unable to accede to your request to include your child in your ongoing ePR application at this juncture. You may submit a fresh application for your child after your current application has been finalised.
Thank you.
”@BKE- I applied for PR again in 6-7 months. Regulars would advice you to wait 2 years.
You can make your own decision
Best of luck !

"If all other factors are OK"
What I said I don't agree is - we know ICA doesn’t like that.
It is not because the new born kid was not included, they rejected the application.
Re: PR rejected
I see.. Since you put my whole statement in italics so I probably misunderstood it .
As far as your statement is concerned
“ It is not because the new born kid was not included, they rejected the application.”
I never said that It’s because kid was not included in the application , it was rejected
As far as Liking of Ica is concerned -
Also Are you suggesting that .. Generally speaking ( 99% of the cases)
A incomplete family application (esp Males if excluded ) will have no bearing on the outcome ?

Re: PR rejected
New borns while the application is in progress, does not make the application an incomplete family. ICA is pretty much aware of this.Ignorant1 wrote: ↑Mon, 13 Jun 2022 5:22 pmI see.. Since you put my whole statement in italics so I probably misunderstood it .

Know of my friends who had the application in progress, approved few months after a baby was born (baby was not in the application).
They later applied for the baby alone after a year or so and got it too.

Is your profile exactly same as theirs? even if is exactly the same, there is no expectation to say outcome will be at the same time.V in your area wrote: ↑Tue, 14 Jun 2022 10:06 amHello
