Hi Henry, Sorry for the late reply.

the appeal is via email. "[email protected]".

Come up with your own words, about why you are appealing against the rejection. your words must reflect in a way, how badly you wanted to get the PR approved and why?

Sure there might be some improvements/changes will be there in your circumstance from your application. like salary hikes, work promotions, community involvements (volunteering).. etc., indicate those. and attach it with evidence.

dont expect any impact or good news from ICA if thre are no changes from your first application till now.

I have appealed every rejection. like 6 times. in the final appeal I got lucky.
