Hoping someone can provide some clarity about the following:
Do the same EP salary thresholds (i.e. minimum salary based on a candidate's credentials) still apply to companies with a smaller headcount (i.e. 10-15 people)?
A company has made me an offer which fails to pass MOM's online self assessment tool, however HR are adamant that it won't be an issue because company is small and I will be the first foreigner joining.
Is this true?
