PR chances - Apr22

Hi,
Can someone guide me for getting PR based on my profile below?

Nationality - Indian
Length of Stay in Singapore - 10 years
Number of times applied - 6
Last Rejection - Apr21
Applied as - Family
Members applied for - Myself on EP (36 yrs), Wife on DP (34yrs), a son on DP( ~7yrs) and a daughter on DP (~4yrs)
Profession - Husband and wife both working in Banks in IT
Job Profile - IT, Project Management (Husband) , Application Support Senior Analyst(wife)
Salary - : ~$150k + Bonus , wife: ~$120k

As you have now been rejected 6 times in 9 years, I would suggest you make a Plan B, C & D as it is pretty obvious there is something we don't know considering you have been here 10 years have two young children, all DPs and so forth. Wife is also working, Salaries on the low side considering 10 years in Banking IT. Sounds like a journeyman, plodding along happy with COLA every year. I don't see a lot of information, so it's pretty hard to try to second guess ICA. But I don't think you should keep treading water.
