Hi,

I am looking for activities such as dance, feng shui classes, painting, cooking etc. in Singapore. Have you tried anything here - hopefully not too expensive - and would like to share your experience?

I started dancing Salsa and Tango Argentino here in Singapore

Absolutely fabulous, would recommend both. Great fun and met a lot of new friends.

Google for Salsa in Singapore ad Tango Singapore to view the relevant websites.

Cheers :D

I took up cooking in Singapore as this is a great place to learn different Asian cuisine and meet some really nice people. I have been attending Cookery Magic's cooking classes. I have gone for a few over the last 2 years. You can get on her mailing list. She sends out regular updates on her classes and recipes and writeup on food, ingredients, restaurants etc.
Her email is: [email protected]. Her website is: www.cookerymagic.com.

I also attended her class on the organic farm. We picked our own vegetables and cooked our own meals and ate on banana leaves!
