I accepted the offer of new company and they start processing IPA

Hi Experts

I have accepted the offer of new company and they started processing IPA.
I am not resigned yet from current company. I am now thinking of staying in the same company because of some health reason ( as I would not afford commuting )

I have a query If my IPA approved , Does it mean I have no option to stay in current company and
must join new company?

No, it's not necessary. Just be polite and ask the new employer to please withdraw the IPA. No Issue. Don't ignore it. It could always come back and bite you in the arse at EP renewal time (probably won't but I don't think you want to take that kind of a chance).
