Post by mg-ms » Thu, 28 Apr 2022 6:17 pm

Hi
I just received the whole family citizenship application was rejected Today and this is our first-time application.
Please advise whether I should appeal or apply New application under my husband's name?
When we should apply back?
Whether a New application under my husband's name can apply as soon as rejected or we need to wait 6 months because We received an individual who rejected letter attention his name also.

Today rejected one is applied Feb-2021 and rejected by April-2022 (14months processing)
We applied SC for the whole family. We stay Singapore 16 years.
1) I got PR for 14 years ago after getting NUS Master's degree in 2008.
2) My husband got PR together me and under husband & wife. He also master degree holder from our country university.
3)My son- (currently-Student pass holder-11yers old & P-5 at public school)
-He was born here (2011) and he is growing up here and applied PR 4 times for him and all are rejected and the current 4th time application is processing about 4months.
all Burmese and annual income is 132k.

All advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Seeking some advice here.

Our Citizenship application has been rejected after 1.5 years.
My child acquired Citizenship this year.

1. has anyone appealed after their citizenship has been rejected?
2. from long term perspective our child is citizen, can that be substantial reason to be included in the appeal letter.

Looking forward to hear about appeal process & if it has worked for anyone.

Thank you
