Citizenship ceremony: Number of participants

Post by tempotrack » Sun, 24 Apr 2022 5:54 pm

Hi new citizens,

My ceremony has been scheduled in a month.

Any idea on the number of participants in the event? Will it more than 500? (There is currently a new rule for gatherings above 500)

Thanks

Don't worry, they will let you know in plenty of time.

How does it matter?

Congrats to you! Don’t see why it matters though… not to worry you’ll be able to attend the ceremony, they will make any shifts to the numbers according to the prevailing guidelines.

Thanks to all three.

I'm yet to receive the letter. I'm still not fully vaccinated so may not be allowed if the event is going to be with participants more than 500. I will wait for the letter and see what's mentioned there. If mandatory to participate, I don't mind taking the second dose.

Thanks

Take the second dose for your own health numbnuts! I've got friendws still catching covid and wrecking havoc on their health FFS.

Congrats, tempotrack. May I know how long you waited for the approval?

Wish I had a way of notifying ICA that the OP is an anti-vaxxer. We don't need any like that here. There are already enough numbnuts around.

If you don’t take the second dose, the first will be rendered ineffective! What’s the point then?

Not even sure why OP would take the first dose but not the second… doesn’t make any sense at all. You either get both doses or none at all (if you’re an idiot, or ineligible due to health reasons).

Go ahead, but for your info, there are earlier cases of ICA rescinding awarded citizenship, if the recipient has demonstrated his low IQ by making out of tiny amount of information and levelling allegations, despite you are too old and got your citizenship years ago.

Good question for that old SMS to sit in a corner of his bedroom and think about.

Thanks Lisa

Your track is off tempo....
Not only do you apparently not research the benefits of vaccines, but you didn't research my background either. The only citizenship I have is the one I was born with at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore. It does lead me and probably a lot of others to wonder what you are attempting to accomplish other than making a lot of sound & signifying nothing just because we called you out on your intial query. So maybe, based on your statement, you should not take up the SGC offer as you have certainly demonstrated a possibly lower IQ than I on several fronts. Yeah, you are just what the country needs.
NOT.

So you are just a PR?! Then your odds of getting your REP renewed will be harder. Easy for ICA to evict a low IQ PR than a citizen.

In this thread look at your first reply: "Don't worry, they will let you know in plenty of time."
How does this reply address my question? Doesn't this very first reply demonstrate your low IQ?!!
(Your reply to this question will finally write the judgement on your IQ for the rest of the forum members to see. Good luck)

You win the trophy.
footinmouthtrophy.jpg
As I recently renewed my REP in Oct of 2020, (19 months after I retired at the age of 71+/, I guess you really deserve the trophy.

Additionally, had you done the research you would also know that the rules for Family Ties PRs is substantially different than that for PTS PRs. In fact, as told directly to me by the officer when I renewed 17 years ago, I need not work after the age of 55 (which used to be the retirement age here) if I'm a FT PR. So once more you have let your bulldog mouth overload your hummingbird arse. In fact, should I desire to actually become an SGC it is very easy for me even now at the age of 74. The details are on the ICA website in plain view as well. Again, you are .....
Damn wind!.jpg
NB: based on your responses, maybe they should forget to schedule you for your appointment as well. You are a young man and your mind is already confused so best remember the old saying is a fox smells it own hole first. Be very careful you don't let the bulldog mouth over-load at the swearing in ceremony.
