I ask my husband to see sleep doctor cause its affecting me and the baby inside me. I given him two options; one see doctor and got treated, or 2 move out the house and we live separately. i badly want my sleep back. and he chooses the first one. then i watch youtube video about causes of snoring, i think its his long uvula. after watching it i badly want to cut my husband's uvula to stop him from snoring

It’s nice that he’s so willing to seek treatment to solve the issue, try to work with him. Think of it as both of you against the snoring, not you against him.

you can get an dentist to make a tooth guard that you wear at night.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Buy a second set of airpods and keep them on charge to swap out at 3AM.

Old solution was to use a towel in between the jaws, but it dries out the mouth and is also somewhat of a choking hazard. They make mouth guards now.

Those are pretty pricey though, they sell them online for much cheaper. May not be as good a fit, but they get the job done and for much less.

Must not have been a very good one then! Have you tried the soft rubber mouth guards? Doubt they could get torn in the same way plastic ones do.

Hope you’re kidding, that’s a pretty expensive (and wasteful) solution haha

I doubt rubber will last better than plastic. Nevertheless lol no I never use just let it be. Honestly I find my teeth now in bad shape but well , " let it be , let it be " suddenly recall this nice song.

Yes, that's normal. When it wears out, you get a new guard. It helps you because instead of wearing out your teeth and gums, it wears out the guard. According to one dentist that I spoke to, the guard may help you to reduce your grinding in the long run.

You can get them online as well. My brother in law picked up one for a few bucks on Amazon. You basically set it as per your teeth shape and then that's it - you can use it for as long as it lasts.

huh set it as per your teeth shape?
While I do one at Dental clinic. The dentist use a thing to mould out the shape of my teeth. Than after one week or so , I go back collect and use. This is why expensive.
I do see those in Amazon before never heard can " set it " Because due to the teeth structures is vary from individuals.
