Your employer should be the one asking MOM lah since they are employing you, you’re not the one employing yourself.

My husband passed his updated PLOC to his HR and I assume HR did something with it.

Pass the LOC to your employer, they will need to login to work pass online and inform MOM that they are employing you. That’s all they need to do. In the meantime u can continue working no issues.
