PR Approval Chances

Hi ,
I am 37 year female (Indian) single staying in singapore from 2.5 years , working as an IT Profession on technology side with base salary of 170k and total work ex of 15 years , have 3 consecutive years of IT returns in singapore, EP renewed once .
wanted to take opportunity of this forum to have views on chances of my PR Approval

Well, to be honest, @ 37 and knocking down the salary you are, the odds of you marrying and producing any offspring is looking rather slim (age getting into the danger zone for an initial pregnancy - we went through that but okay, fortunately. But with the salary you are drawing I can't see that happening. Therefore, with locals rapidly starting to fill the IT gaps, I personally think you are going to find that between nothing to offer "Singapore" and the smallest single ethnic quota, you are going to come up wanting. However, It would still be worth it to give it a try if you are now on your 1st EP renewal. Doesn't hurt to try, but be advised I don't hold out too much hope. SF may see it differently.
