SC Approved - how long for journey?

Hi guys, coming back again to this forum after 5 years since last time.

Just curious anybody have info on how long does SGjourney usually takes for stage2 and stage3?

i just got my IPA but then i have my wedding planned this September (and theres a need to travel overseas) so i'm worried if there is enough time to clear all the requirements and request for red passport before my marriage.

- applied march 2021, so 1 year
- single, 31, chinese indonesian male
- PR for 5 years 3 months, just renewed my REP recently
- singapore since 2009, polytechnic graduate.
- IT, public sector
