PR eservices : Adhoc submissions links missing

I have submitted my PR application on 23rd Aug 2021.
For some time, I saw adhoc submission links. But now, that section is missing. Looks like website is broken ? or something else.
Please correct if I am wrong.

Any idea ?

Normally it just means they do NOT require any additional documents. Should they need some later on down the line, the submission link will reappear and you will receive an Email detailing "exactly" what they want. Nothing more, nothing less. What Ad Hoc means to them is additional docs that they are requesting in addition to those required upon submission, if any. It doesn't mean BS cover letters, contributions and letters of recommendation. It's not broken, it is to prevent being inundated with garbage.
