Please kindly assist me on this, i was working in Singapore since 2018 with S-Pass, recently I have changed my employer and I get new IPA on 1/2/2022, I have started to work with my new employer on 18/2/2022 and got notification letter from MOM that Valid until 18/3/2022. This notification letter stated my S-Pass was approved and valid until 18/2/2024 but we will deliver your card only after the document verification.
Normally this would take 4-5 days for most of people, but for me this will take almost 1 month but till now my card was not out for delivery, since I have contacted my HR on this matter she told me this is still pending and not ready for delivery.
And my HR going to apply extension for of notification letter.
I was worried is there any problem? And All I want to know why this will take long time, what are the documents they are checking (because MOM till now never ask for additional documents), is anybody faced this issue before?
What are you guys are thinking why it take long time, is there any chances for revoke my pass, I am really worried and stressful because of this delay, please kindly share your experience and your thoughts on this.
