Chances of applying LTVP or getting married with malaysian girl ? (self employed)(NOA with 3 years)(Singaporean)

want to ask regarding getting married with malaysian chinese girl and apply ltvp, self employed here, i got 3 years NOA ( 2019 - 2020 - 2021 ), anually noa about 120k yearly, taxes fully paid, never skip any, medisave fully paid also, never skip any, also got bank statement proving positive cash flow in/out. except no acra registration cert or the company profit loss statement. anyone managed to get approval for marriage and successfully apply for ltvp ? even with just noa alone or ? my gf working in f&b line, pay wise monthly 2.2k, on work permit, been working in sg for 2 years already, also paid taxes.

Me : singaporean ( served NS also ), planning to buy a hdb property soon with bank loan. (will this increase the chances for ltvp + marriage approval if i got property also ?).

Gf : malaysian chinese girl, 2.2k work permit, work 2 years.

you mean for approval to get married ? What about for ltvp ? chances low or ? the company i am working for is located overseas, so no idea how to get the acra registration cert or the company profit loss statement. should i inform them about its overseas company so no acra cert+statement if they ask for it for ltvp application ? or die die must have those ?

die-die, she MUST have permission to marry from the MOM first! Only then can worry about the rest. If no permission from MOM, she will never get LTVP or anything else. In fact, could possibly not have WP renewed if ROM before permission granted. Then you would have to immigrate to M'sia if you want to stay with her.
