This is first time to apply PR after 5years in Singapore.
May I ask how you guys write the "details of achievement and innovation" column? I would appreciate you all advice on this or maybe can share to me how you all write...

innovation - is something like you have invented, created - some product, hold some patents etc. It is ok to leave them empty if you don't have

Achievements - If you have some achievements at the work/society level - include them. It is optional too

Both fields are optional, I would say its better to leave it blank than to inflate/exaggerate your achievements because that doesn’t read so well.
