hi i m srilankan.i m working in building seçtor more than10years..
salary-8k/month+(bouns)
pass-ep(2014-present)
married.
2kids.second child born in SG.
2013,2016,2017rejected.

is there any chances to get Pr this time?plz advice

Are you ethnically Indian or Sinhalese? Burghers probably are considered Eurasian and if so, possibly would be considered "Others" but I cannot find confirmation of that.
"Ceylonese / Sri Lankans in Singapore consist mainly of Singaporeans of Sri Lankan origin whose ancestors came to Singapore before the independence of the island. With respect to ethnic group data in Singapore, Ceylonese / Sri Lankans were classified under Others up to 1970, whereupon they are classified as Indians"

when i submit english translation documents do i need to certify by srilankan foreign mi istry
