removing freckles permanently

Hi,
Anyone knows where i can removed my freckles permanently without paying a bomb..quite sick of those freckles fading cream as they take a long time before u can see results..National skin centre? and can it be removed in 1 session or several?

I had some freckles removed in the US by laser. Look around for a good cosmetic dermatologist in Singapore as I suspect this is a fairly standard procedure for an equipped dermatologist. It literally takes a few "zaps" in a session or two for permanent removal. I paid about US$200 for 5 large freckles.

I believe it is called intense pulse light (IPL) - I was told it's not as effective for East Asian skintones - I was recommended cosmelan instead, but downside is 5 days of downtime as your skin renews and it lasts a year, not forever.

I had mine removed with vpl at a spa in bt timah.It took about 6 sessions and its almost as good as gone.Had my hair removal done there as well. :D Cheers
