What is the average then for the whole compensation package including benefits and confirmed bonus for both locals and non-locals to compare?
Say for people who have about 2 years experience in foreign company in finance, more of the middle or back office, not front office though.

Going salary for locals with 1-2 years of experience seems to be somewhere around 25000-3000. Seems a bit low but true. Go look at jobsdb.com and jobstreet. Fresh salary strats from 1800 to 2500.
