Tuesday February 8th Covid numbers

Post by Jgrif96229 » Wed, 09 Feb 2022 1:35 am

Imported numbers low 200s
92 percent of population total vaccination.
High booster participation.

How do you get to over 10,000
ART positive test in one day?

Not that difficult to rack up 10k ART+ tests per day.

Many people sensitized already to do self testing, and if there is a school exposure then the whole family does it for a few days.

Most interesting was how quiet Orchard road area was on the weekend following Friday numbers. People seem to pay attention to the news.

I am surprised too with the huge numbers everyday. This one seems to be very contagious.
My friend's whole family has covid except 1 person at home (kids and elderly all caught it).
Another friend caught it as well said that she lost her sense of smell and the chest feels uncomfortable.
