Exercising Diplomatic Clause - What will happen to subtenants?

Exercising Diplomatic Clause - What will happen to subtenants?

Hi! I am a main tenant with 3 subtenants. I will be needing to move-out of SG due to relocation. My TA have Diplomatic Clause of first 6 months and I am planning to exercise this clause in the next couple of months. Of course, once my company finalized the decision, I will notify the landlord and subtenants 2 months prior.

I have questions below that I'd like to consult with other expats:
1. Will the Tenancy Agreement (TA) be dissolved once I exercised diplomatic clause and my subtenants have to move out also?
2. Will the subtenants be entitled for any compensation from me?

PS: I have briefly spoken to the landlord about my plan, and landlord wanted to use this opportunity to sell the unit once TA is dissolved.
