Hi everyone,
I just joined this forum and we are in search for some advice!
My girlfriend and myself will be moving to SG in the next few months together with our active mid size dog. I will be working at Great World City Office Tower while my girlfriend would be working from home.
We are looking for a convenient location for us to live in that ideally meets following criteria:
1. dog friendly area with a dog run/park nearby
2. convenient connection to the office I'd be working from (from what I've understood the MRT for Great World City is to open soon, although I can't find any exact date on this)
3. Green environment that is good for walking
4. Some good coffee bars around as we are both quite caffeine addicts
Our budget is around 5-6K SGD for the apartment.
Any advice you could give us would be very much appreciated!

I would definitely recommend you check out the
condos in the Tanglin area. Many expats occupy the area and it’s fairly close by the area and it’s very near to GWC. In fact, I was just there today at PS Cafe with a friend who lives in the area. His
condo is in the Somerville Estate, I’d suggest looking there, plenty of dogs and greenery.
