Thanks for the insight. I won't stress about it. If they make an offer, great - it'd be nice to return to SG. If not, then there's not much I can do about it.

Last year it took 3 months to renew my EP.. this is the 4th time renewal and it never took more than 10 days for the renewals.
This means that they really vet your application thoroughly.
So my suggestion is dont take a job here and dont move to singapore
