I have a friend who is relocating with her family..they need a family-friendly Service Apartment with nice facilities like pool and gym, preferably in central area.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

My personal recommendation would be Treetops, right by Orchard road. Visited a friend who was staying there a short while back and was super impressed. Location is great and the compound itself is very serene, good for kids.
