Sage advice ^
To your question about going to an immigration agency, this has been addressed repeatedly on this forum - it’s just a bad idea all around.
Why didn’t you apply earlier? Have you spent any time overseas? What about your family? Could they be tainting your application? Why are you doing food delivery if you have multiple degrees? Are they accredited degrees? What did you major in? Are you using what you learned in your job?

Are your parents still PR or now SGC? If still PRs, this might be looked at sideways, e.g., if they give up their PR and return to China, will you be inclined to follow. Just thinking out loud, as these are points worth pondering.
Bachelor’s degree in media communications in Singapore. Master’s degree from Sydney university in Australia. Communications. Spent 2 years in Australia for that. Apart from that, no, haven’t lived overseas. Trying to work at setting up own business. Using the food delivery to supplement my income until my business can be successful.
Didn’t apply earlier because parents never on board with idea when I was younger. They brushed it aside. Actually parents still not really agreeable but I’m choosing this decision on my own. How would they taint my application?
Extended family are Singaporeans. But I’m not that close to them.
Singapore is my home. I grew up here, can’t see myself living anywhere else. Or calling anywhere else home. Friends all here too, even if my parents do move away from Singapore, I can’t see myself following them. Parents are PRs but my heart is Singaporean, just want to make it official.
