Top Weekend Getaways

I'm trying to plan some quick weekend getaways to other SE Asia countries from Singapore. Someplace easy to get by plane, relatively cheap to stay and just enough to do and see for a weekend. Any recommendations?

Draw a circle around Singapore on a map. Popular options within 4 hours' flight include Penang, Langkawi, Bali, Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Siem Reap (Angkor Wat), Hong Kong, ...
