How to make a video camera.

Firstly, 4 main ingredients, a CD with plastic cover, a battery of large size A, a small torchlight and a mobile phone. Connect all 4 which ever way you can till you get a picture on the CD with plastic cover. By the way remove the paper of the artist for better results. NOst.

Anybody installed one of these things. Recommendations? I've been trying to do some research and looking at installing one of these thing in my hall...

In case anyone missed the newspaper article there are new speed cameras on the Changi Coast Road.

They are set on gantries at either end and time...

I don't think there are any gantries on the airport road nor the Tuas road at the other end of the island. It's a darn good idea though from a cost...
