HP Suggestions, please??

I am looking to purchase a newer HP. I own a Nokia, that's all we have ever used. Mine came from the dinosaur age, it is so old, but it works...sometimes. I'm not a professional, as such, I mainly use it to stay in touch with kids, hubby, emergencies. I don't want a plan as not sure how long we will be here. I don't want to spend much, say less than $200. We have an used Nokia, but can't convince Optus(Australia) to unlock it, can anyone help there? We purchased it last year, but for some reason it just won't unlock. I've rambled enough, thanks for your help!

Hmmm...this is very tricky. Probably you want to opt for those pre-paid type of plan examples like Hi-card and M-card. Sometimes they might have free phone for that special offer. For more details, pls check out their price plans.
